Website & Digital Platforms Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure websites remain professional, secure, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure compliance with Google AdSense, Search Console, and Webmaster Guidelines.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, updates, and integrations.
• Monitor website security, backups, and uptime.
• Improve startup directory functionality and user experience.
• Optimize startup listings and content presentation.
• Coordinate with writers and editors to ensure content is properly published and displayed.
• Implement new website features that improve engagement and revenue generation.
• Track and report website performance metrics.
• Resolve website errors, broken pages, and technical issues promptly.
• Support advertising, sponsored content, and directory monetization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
• Understanding of SEO principles and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Google AdSense policies and requirements.
• Experience with website speed optimization.
• Knowledge of Elementor and WordPress page builders.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical website issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Directorist or directory-based websites.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Understanding of digital publishing and content management.
