Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Web Portal Manager for a part-time role. The Web Portal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school's web portal operations, managing content updates, analyzing web performance metrics, and implementing user-friendly designs. Key responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-departmental projects and ensuring the seamless functionality of the portal to meet the school's goals and enhance user engagement.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Development and Web Design to create, manage, and maintain an effective and user-friendly portal
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics for monitoring website performance and optimizing user experience
• Experience in Content Management to organize, upload, and update accurate and timely information on the web portal
• Skills in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the timely delivery of tasks and updates
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with educational or academic web management is an advantage
