The African Catalyst (TAC) is seeking an early-career Web Analyst/Junior Developer to support website and digital platform development. Working with TAC’s Technical Expert, the role will involve Lovable, Supabase, Netlify, GitHub and Claude Code, with the goal of managing TAC’s digital platforms independently.

Responsibilities:
Development & Technical Support:
- Work alongside the External Technical Expert to support the development of TAC’s website, CMS, CRM, and TAC Portal.
- Assist with frontend development, backend configuration, database management, APIs, and system integrations.
- Support development using Lovable, Supabase, Netlify, GitHub, and Claude Code.
- Maintain GitHub repositories, version control, and technical documentation.
Website & Platform Management:
- Manage website content updates, CMS administration, website forms, and user access.
- Monitor website performance, availability, analytics, broken links, and user-experience issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot routine technical issues and coordinate escalation where specialist support is required.
CRM & Data Management:
- Monitor website enquiries entering the TAC CRM and support proper categorisation and assignment.
- Monitor data quality, duplicates, and user records.
- Prepare basic CRM and website reports and support future digital integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Test new website features, forms, integrations, and user journeys before deployment.
- Conduct responsive testing and basic user acceptance testing across devices.
- Identify, document, and retest bugs and technical issues.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Maintain documentation covering website architecture, CMS, CRM, deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and escalation contacts to support effective handover and continuity.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
