Responsibilities:
- Lead marine and shore-based operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
- Oversee fleet performance, vessel utilization, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
- Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence, risk management, and business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 10 years of previous experience in a similar role
