Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sales and Marketing Representatives.
- Oversee the proper arrangement and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure products are stored appropriately and maintained in good condition.
- Manage stock levels, inventory records, stock movement, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of products from the warehouse.
- Support logistics planning and ensure timely movement and delivery of products.
- Monitor stockkeeping procedures and minimize inventory discrepancies or losses.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on warehouse activities, stock movement, and other operational updates.
- Supervise and support administrative duties relating to warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate effectively with management and other departments when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification. Candidates with WAEC/WASSCE and strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, stockkeeping, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to prepare accurate operational and inventory reports.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple warehouse activities effectively.
- Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory records will be an advantage.
