Job summary
The Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, equipment, tools, and finished goods within the warehouse. The role ensures that inventory is properly managed, stock records are accurate, storage areas are organized, and materials are safeguarded against loss, damage, or theft

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Record all stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock reaches reorder levels.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.

Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent deterioration or loss.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
