Warehouse Manager
Job summary
We seek to hire a suitable candidate for this role. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping, to ensure efficiency and accuracy. They lead staff, implement safety protocols, and optimise warehouse layout to maximise productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accurate, timely, and safe operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff (pickers, packers, and operators), including scheduling, training, performance management, and safety coaching.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and utilisation of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, building security, and company policies to prevent accidents and damage.
- Logistics & Efficiency: Optimise warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and liaise with suppliers, transporters, and clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role and logistics experience is required.
- A minimum of an SSCE.
- Familiar with the lagos transportation network
- Knowledge on how to clear and process warehouse goods
