Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
- Use Odoo to track inventory, record stock movements and generate reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and damaged goods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties and monitor performance.
- Enforce warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations and supervising warehouse staff.
- Practical proficiency in Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate stock records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret stock data and prepare accurate inventory reports.
- Strong knowledge of goods receipt, proper storage, order preparation and dispatch processes.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
