Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- General management of the warehouse of pharmaceutical products according to the company’s SOP and GDP as guidelines.
- Routine maintenance of the warehouse to ensure the temperature and moisture are closely monitored and recorded
- Prepare the stocks for each customer based on the invoice and delivery note generated by the finance department, and ensure the product name, quantity, batch number, and shelf life are in line with the documents.
- Process the acceptance or rejection of the returned stocks from a customer based on the company’s SOP on reversal
- Process the inbound stocks after clearance of the container and record the details of the new stock in the system
- Segregate the products according to their range, batch number, and shelf life status
- Submit the inventory report with comprehensive information to management regularly without delay and carry out a joint stock audit and reconciliation with the finance department every month
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, finance, supply chain management or related major
- 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and other office software, experience in SAP is preferred
- Honesty and integrity
