Waiter & Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure accuracy in order placement and verify that guests are satisfied with their meals
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with health regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
