• Master Digital Media: Learn and apply SEO best practices to ensure your headlines and articles rank high on search engines and attract readership.
• Multimedia Integration: Source and embed impactful imagery, video highlights, and embedded social media reactions to make your stories visually immersive.
• Editorial Standards: Fact-check, proofread, and self-edit to ensure all content meets our standards for accuracy and grammar.
• Trend Watching: Monitor real-time sports trends and social media conversations to identify “viral” story angles.

• The Football Encyclopedia: You possess deep knowledge of football. You know the difference between a False 9 and a target man, and you follow the African football league as closely as the Premier League.
• The Digital Native: You have excellent command of written English and understand how to write for the web (short paragraphs, punchy sentences).
