Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Ogbomosho for a Volunteer Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analyses, designing and developing instructional materials, creating and implementing training programs, and managing learning systems. Responsibilities also include developing structured and innovative curricula tailored to diverse educational demands and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Needs Analysis to assess educational requirements and identify learning gaps effectively.
• Experience in Instructional Design and Training & Development with a learner-focused approach.
• Skills in Learning Management and understanding of e-learning platforms and technologies.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and ability to design educational content suited to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• A background in education, instructional technology, or a related field is preferred.
