Visual Production Coordinator / Field Producer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-production planning for shoots, including locations, wardrobe, props, makeup, vendor communication, schedules, and logistics
• Support on-set execution and help identify real-time issues affecting shot quality, continuity, talent readiness, timing, and overall production efficiency
• Work closely with camera, creative, and post-production teams to ensure production conditions match the intended visual output
• Track recurring production problems across shoots and help the team improve workflow, preparation, and execution over time
• Help assess whether locations, wardrobe, props, and practical setup choices are suitable for the actual needs of the shoot
• Communicate clearly with actors, vendors, crew, and internal team members to reduce confusion, delays, and repeated mistakes
• Provide grounded field feedback after shoots, especially on issues that affect footage usability, visual consistency, and production reliability
• Maintain discipline and structure during field execution, especially under changing production conditions
• Help prepare and organize call sheets, production notes, and field updates when needed
• Support continuous improvement of internal production systems and standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in content production, commercial shoots, field production, agency production, or film/video coordination
• Strong understanding of on-set workflow, production timing, talent coordination, and practical shoot logistics
• Ability to identify production risks early and communicate them clearly
• Good awareness of how location, wardrobe, props, and field conditions affect visual output
• Strong execution discipline, follow-through, and reliability under pressure
• Comfortable working across creative, production, and post-production teams
• Able to provide honest and useful field feedback instead of only escalating problems
• Experience in digital content, commercials, branded shoots, or structured video production is strongly preferred
• Based in Lagos or able to work full-time in Lagos
