Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end processing for Schengen visas, UK visas, US visas, Canadian visas and other applicable visas and e-visas
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Advise clients on visa requirements, timelines, and processes
- Prepare and submit visa applications correctly
- Track application status and provide updates
- Liaise with embassies, agents, and partners where required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc in a related field
- 2 years of experience in visa processing or travel operations
- Strong understanding of visa documentation requirements
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a travel agency or visa-processing role is an advantage
