Responsibilities:
- Identify and refer individuals who have a genuine interest in travelling abroad for visit, business, study, work, or investment purposes
- Share accurate and consented client information with the company for follow-up and consultation
- Explain the company’s services at a basic level without providing visa advice or making guarantees
- Introduce referred clients to the company in a professional, ethical, and transparent manner
- Coordinate with the company team to ensure smooth handover of referred leads
- Follow up with referred individuals when required to support the initial engagement process
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Avoid false promises regarding visa approvals, timelines, or outcomes
- Track and monitor the status of submitted referrals
- Adhere to company policies, referral guidelines, and ethical standards
- Represent the company positively and maintain professional conduct
- Build and maintain long-term relationships within personal and professional networks
Requirements:
- Minimum: HND
- 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role
