Responsibilities:
- Live Virtual Supervision: Be present and attentive throughout the school day (7:40 am – 2:15 pm) to guide students through their schedule. No teaching. This is handled by our AI platform.
- Academic Guidance: Offer explanations and clarifications when pupils are stuck on the AI-powered learning platform.
- Social Development: Actively encourage engagement, collaboration, and social development to help students foster friendships in the virtual environment.
- Classroom Leadership: Lead the Interactive Morning Assembly and the After-Lessons Wrap-Up to set a positive tone and reflect on daily progress.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student engagement and provide parents with weekly updates on learning progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experienced Teacher: Must be an experienced educator
- Computer Literate: Highly proficient in using digital tools and video conferencing software for remote instruction.
- Remote Teaching Expertise: Preferably has specific experience teaching children in a remote or virtual setting.
- Behavior Management: Skilled at maintaining a calm, encouraging, and structured virtual environment.
