Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Live Virtual Supervision: Be present and attentive throughout the school day (7:30 am – 2:15 pm) to guide students through their schedule. No teaching. This is handled by our AI platform. There will also be afterschool classes from 4-5:30pm on some days.
- Academic Guidance: Offer explanations and clarifications when pupils are stuck on the AI-powered learning platform.
- Social Development: Actively encourage engagement, collaboration, and social development to help students foster friendships in the virtual environment.
- Classroom Leadership: Lead the Interactive Morning Assembly and the After-Lessons Wrap-Up to set a positive tone and reflect on daily progress.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student engagement and provide parents with weekly updates on learning progress, strengths, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- A relevant degree and a proven track record in education.
- Proficiency in digital tools is required, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in virtual classroom management.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 200,000 (Determined by total student enrollment)
