Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients via video calls, webinars, and other digital platforms.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other online sales tools.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying potential customers, and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Follow-up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Works closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement virtual sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Provides feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions to help improve offerings and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity summaries, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
