We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports our marketing, branding, and sales objectives—particularly in real estate marketing. This role requires a hands-on creative professional.

Responsibilities:
- Shooting high-quality videos using professional or semi-professional cameras (property tours, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, social media content, etc.).
- Editing video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, ads, and presentations.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Creating engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Adding motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Staying updated on video trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Occasionally assisting with photography and basic content capture when required.
Requirements:
