We are looking for a versatile Videographer / Drone Pilot who can handle both aerial and ground-level shoots, edit to a professional standard using their own equipment, and produce content tailored for different platforms. The role covers property walkthroughs, drone footage, social media content, YouTube videos, and marketing campaigns all within a collaborative team environment.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate a drone to capture high-quality aerial footage of properties and sites
- Shoot professional video on the ground — interiors, exteriors, lifestyle, and walkthrough content
- Produce content in both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats as required
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and long-form content for YouTube
- Edit all footage using your own laptop and professional editing software
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute content briefs
- Contribute creative ideas to shoots and content planning
Requirements:
- A demonstrable portfolio of videography work is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
- The competence to operate it safely and effectively
- Proficiency with a professional camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera)
- Experience shooting for Instagram, YouTube, and social media platforms
- Professional editing skills, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Your own editing equipment (laptop and software)
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to interpret and execute content concepts
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Residence in Ajah or within a comfortable commute of the Ajah axis
- Prior experience working with a real estate marketing firm
- Experience with colour grading, motion graphics, or sound design
- Familiarity with AI editing or content tools
