Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content for property marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Capture professional property walkthroughs, site inspections, project updates and promotional videos.
• Handle video production from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery.
• Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Work with the social media and marketing teams to develop video concepts and campaign materials.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound quality and visual presentation during filming.
• Edit footage, add transitions, sound effects, music and other elements where necessary.
• Maintain and manage video production equipment.
• Organise and maintain video files and project footage.
• Meet production schedules and deliver content within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years' professional videography experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing and storytelling.
• Ability to produce engaging social media and promotional videos.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in real estate videography or property promotional content is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 monthly.
