Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Discussing project goals, target audience, and messaging to develop a cohesive creative brief.
- Location Scouting & Scheduling: Finding and securing the best spots to shoot, and creating a timeline for the shoot day.
- Equipment Setup: Transporting, assembling, and operating cameras, tripods, microphones, and lighting gear.
- Directing & Capturing: Framing shots, ensuring high-quality audio, and guiding on-camera subjects or actors to get the perfect take.
- Video Editing: Using software (like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) to assemble raw footage, trim unnecessary clips, and structure a compelling narrative.
- Audio & Visual Enhancements: Balancing audio levels, designing sound, adjusting color, and integrating motion graphics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing
- Proficiency with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Ability to shoot with both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices
- Strong creative instincts, you bring ideas, not just execution
- Ability to work within a team and take direction professionally
- Comfortable operating in a corporate environment and adhering to workplace policies
