Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Shoot, direct, and edit high-quality, aesthetic short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and high-resolution photography showcasing client transformations, educational hair care tips, and our premium brand experience.
• Attend our Lekki studio and accompany the team to select premium at-home concierge appointments to capture raw, authentic luxury moments, behind-the-scenes content, and client journeys.
  
• Establish and maintain a cohesive, premium visual identity across all video and photo assets. Ensure all content aligns with a high-end, luxury lifestyle aesthetic.
  
• Stay ahead of beauty, luxury, and hair trends. Actively source and adapt viral audios, transitions, and video formats to fit the sophisticated brand identity of My Haire Concierge.
  
• Organize and maintain a clean digital library of raw and edited footage, ensuring content is readily available for publishing schedules.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or Video Editor. (Experience in luxury beauty, wellness, hospitality, or fashion in Lagos is highly preferred).
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a high-end visual aesthetic, excellent pacing, seamless video editing skills, and dynamic storytelling.
• Mastery of Mobile & Camera Production: Expert-level knowledge of iPhone/DSLR photography and videography, including proper lighting (natural and artificial), framing, stabilization, and clear audio capture.
• Advanced Editing Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) for covers and text overlays.
