Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms
- Create compelling visual stories that highlight property features and company brand
- Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and drones where applicable
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and content strategies
- Edit and deliver professional video content within project timelines
- Ensure consistency in visual quality and brand representation across all video materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Content Producer
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition
- Experience creating marketing or promotional videos (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
