It involves managing studio equipment, operating cameras and audio systems during sessions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering professionally edited video and audio content for platforms like YouTube and Spotify.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Studio Setup & Operations:
- Prepare, configure, and operate all studio equipment, including PTZ cameras, microphones, mixers, and video switchers. Lighting, monitors, teleprompters, and recording consoles.
- Ensure proper audio and video levels before and during recording sessions.
- Operate the live switcher during multi-camera recordings.
- Manage recording schedules and maintain equipment logs.
- Troubleshoot on-the-spot technical issues during live sessions.
- Maintain an organized and professional studio environment
Post-Production & Editing:
- Edit video and audio recordings into final podcast episodes.
- Sync multi-camera footage and clean up audio using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Add intros/outros, transitions, titles, lower thirds, and brand graphics.
- Mix and master audio to broadcast quality standards.
- Export and format files for distribution across multiple platforms.
- Maintain backup and archive of all project files
Content Production Support:
- Collaborate with podcast hosts and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide creative input on improving visual storytelling, lighting, and framing.
- Assist with content upload and publishing workflow (YouTube, Spotify Video, etc.).
- Research and recommend new studio technologies and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with PTZ cameras, audio mixers, video switchers (e.g., ATEM Mini / Roland / Blackmagic), and lighting setup.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with audio editing tools (Audition, Logic Pro, or Reaper).
- Understanding of frame rates, codecs, color grading, and audio mixing.
- Attention to detail, creative eye, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a live recording environment.
KPIs / Performance Metrics:
- Quality and consistency of audio/video outputs.
- Minimal downtime during live recordings.
- Timeliness of post-production delivery.
- Positive feedback from hosts and guests.
- Proactive studio maintenance and innovation suggestions.
