We’re looking for a creative Video Editor to craft engaging, high-quality videos from our existing footage. You’ll turn ideas into compelling stories that match our vision and standards. This role includes residential accommodation—perfect for motivated young creatives eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in a hands-on production environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit and deliver 10 long-form videos monthly, meeting brand and storytelling standards.
- Produce 20 short-form clips (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from the same source footage.
- Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, text overlays, and background music.
- Ensure smooth narrative flow and pacing for audience engagement.
- Format final outputs to meet requirements for different digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team for feedback and revisions.
- Organize project files systematically for easy access and continuity.
- Track and log daily work hours using a time management tool.
- Perform quality checks on visuals, audio, and sync before delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and digital content formats.
- Familiarity with Clockify, Toggl, or similar time-tracking tools.
- Attention to detail and consistency in visual quality.
- Good organization and file management habits.
- Creativity, discipline, and reliability under structured schedules.
- Ability to work independently while responding well to direction.
