We are inviting experienced Video Editors, Motion Graphics Artists, and Post-Production Specialists to participate in a remote, AI-moderated interview focused on professional video editing workflows. During the interview, you will discuss your recent editing projects, explain the software and tools you use, and share how you approach different stages of the creative and post-production process, you will not be required to screen-share or edit actual footage during the interview.

Requirements:
- Professional or substantial hands-on experience in video editing or post-production.
- Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software.
- Understanding of end-to-end video production and post-production workflows.
- Ability to clearly explain your creative and technical process.
- Comfortable participating in a recorded remote interview.
