Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing: Trim, cut, and arrange raw footage into professional video content. Apply transitions, effects, and audio enhancements to ensure a polished final product.
  
• Multi-Format Content Editing: Manage and curate a variety of content types, including text, photos, and graphics, to maintain brand consistency across all publications.
  
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI-powered platforms (such as Pixlr, CapCut, or InShot) for background removal, automated enhancements, and faster workflows.
  
• Quality Control: Review and modify materials to correct errors and ensure all content aligns with the company’s specific style and quality standards.
  
• Asset Management: Organize and manage media libraries to ensure quick access to project files and archived content.
  
• Flexible Engagement: Commit to a standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, with a willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mobile and desktop editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-powered features in creative apps for instant enhancements and automated editing tasks.
  
• Creative Eye: A strong sense of timing, pace, and visual storytelling to engage audiences effectively.
  
• Communication: Ability to follow creative briefs and collaborate with the team via remote communication channels.
  
• Adaptability: A "fast learner" mindset—while training will be provided in some cases, you must be comfortable picking up new software and AI tools quickly.
  
• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined to manage a 9-5 schedule (remote or on-site) and meet strict delivery timelines.
