Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content ideas aligned with the company’s brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
• Create short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos and other visual content for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Create product demonstrations, promotional videos, event coverage, and trend-based content.
• Research and identify current social media trends, formats, sounds, and creative opportunities relevant to the brand.
• Develop content concepts and scripts that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand messages.
• Plan and execute content campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support content creation during product launches, events, activations, and other company activities.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach.
• Maintain an organized library of content assets, videos, images, and other creative materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience creating video content for social media, brands, or digital platforms.
• Strong video shooting and basic-to-intermediate video editing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends that drive engagement.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into engaging stories.
• Ability to add funny clips and moments in videos to make them exciting and keep viewers watching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio or samples of previous content creation work are required.
