Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Verify the authenticity of loan applications, client information, and supporting documents.
- Conduct field visits and due diligence to assess client credibility.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit and operational policies.
- Collaborate with Credit Officers and the Operations team to ensure timely loan processing.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities and findings.
- Identify potential risks and report discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance verification, credit assessment, or banking operations.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
