Vendor Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities:

• Find and approach short let owners/managers and car hire operators in your assigned area.
• Explain the Luna Fortis value proposition: position the platform as an open digital marketplace where independent providers list and manage their own services. Emphasize that Luna Fortis acts strictly as an intermediary facilitator and does not own assets, properties, or fleets.
• Offer the Founding Vendor deal: 0% commission until 28 February 2027 for any vendor who is live before 1st December.
• Help vendors register, complete their documentation, and set up their listing.
• Walk each vendor through KYC and adding a payout account, then get their first listing live.
• Collect the business, property and vehicle information needed for verification.
• Ensure every listing has accurate information, approved photos, pricing and availability.
• Keep a daily record of prospects, follow-ups and completed activations in the team tracker.
• Send a weekly performance report to the team lead.

Requirements:

• A minimum of SSCE.or higher qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, retail banking, insurance, telecommunications, or merchant acquisition is highly advantageous.
• A background in shortlet management, real estate, vehicle rentals, or the hospitality sector is also preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion and people skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling around Lagos for field visits.
• Target-driven, honest, organised and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, smartphones and basic online forms.
