Vendor Acquisition Associate
Job summary
We are hiring a Vendor Acquisition Associate responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding vendors onto the Ajarra platform. This is a performance-driven role focused on outreach, conversion, and consistent growth and requires daily outreach and consistent follow-ups. Candidates must be comfortable with high-volume communication.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source vendors across event categories
- Reach out daily via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Pitch Ajarra and guide vendors to sign up
- Follow up consistently until conversion
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential vendors
- Track outreach activity and conversion performance
- Maintain clear records of all vendor interactions
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital tools
Performance Expectations:
- Daily outreach targets (20–50 vendors per day)
- Monthly vendor acquisition targets (to be defined)
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
