Vehicle-Backed Lending Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for vehicle-backed lending products.
• Identify and onboard individuals and businesses seeking secured financing.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, and repayment structures to prospective clients.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of clients and their vehicles as collateral.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified loan prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects from initial contact through documentation and disbursement.
• Work closely with the Credit, Operations, and Recovery teams to ensure smooth processing of approved facilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Monitor client accounts and promptly escalate potential repayment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in lending, financial services, sales, or business development.
• Experience in vehicle-backed lending, asset-backed financing, microfinance, or related lending products is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet sales targets.
• Good understanding of loan acquisition and basic credit processes.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Must be willing to work fully on-site in Utako, Abuja.

Remuneration:: NGN 150,000 + Commission on disbursement
