Van Sales Representative
Job summary
The Van Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through direct distribution, customer relationship management, and route optimisation. This role involves selling products directly from a company vehicle, ensuring product availability, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.

Responsibilities:
- Execute daily route plans to visit existing and potential customers (retail outlets, wholesalers, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, volume, and revenue goals.
- Conduct direct selling and merchandising of products from the van.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers within assigned routes.
- Ensure proper stock management, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and reconciliation.
- Collect payments (cash, POS, or credit where applicable) and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and ensure adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, and route performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
