Van Sales Representative
Job summary
As a Van Sales Representative, you will drive a company-branded van to visit retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, schools, and open markets daily. Your goal is to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, merchandise products, and ensure consistent stock availability in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for Dodan Foods products (nut butters, roasted nuts, snacks, and ready-to-eat meals).
- Visit assigned routes/outlets daily, take orders, deliver products, and collect payments.
- Merchandise products effectively (arrange shelves, place POS materials, and ensure visibility).
- Prospect and onboard new retail customers while maintaining excellent relationships with existing ones.
- Report daily sales, stock levels, competitor activities, and market feedback.
- Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with products.
- Collect cash/checks and remit promptly with accurate documentation.
- Promote new products and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years proven experience as a Van Sales Representative (FMCG/food/beverage industry preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience).
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent route planning and territory management abilities.
- Resident in or willing to work in the assigned city (Lagos, Abuja, PH, Ibadan, or Kano).
- Ability to carry moderate loads (cartons of products).
- Target-driven, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
