Van Sales Representative
Job summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Van Sales Representative to sell and distribute products directly to customers using a company van. The role involves building strong customer relationships and increasing daily sales.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the company van to assigned locations and sell products directly to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into daily sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide market intelligence and competitor activity reports
- Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at outlets
- Manage stock effectively and ensure timely replenishment
- Operate independently and handle sales transactions accurately

- Ribena
- Lucozade
- Vitamilk
- Power Horse
- Fan Yogo
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver’s license with good driving skills
- Must be a resident in any of the listed locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of computers or Android device usage
- Strong communication skills (English and local language)
- Must be ready to resume immediately
- Must be able to drive and sell independently
Location: Okota, Ajao Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Festac, Isolo (Lagos)
Remuneration: NGN 120,000- 150,000 (Max) + Bonus & Incentives
Probation Period: 3 Months
