Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative with proven FMCG experience to drive sales, expand market reach, and ensure product availability across assigned territories. Only candidates with direct van sales experience should apply.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the company van along assigned routes to sell products directly to retailers, wholesalers, and open markets.
- Ensure the availability and visibility of products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize expiry.
- Keep accurate sales and inventory records.
- Collect payments and reconcile daily.
- Provide market feedback and monitor competitors.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / SSCE.
- Strictly 1–3 years of experience in FMCG van sales (only van sales candidates will be considered).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and markets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
