Lead the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives to support overall business performance and growth.
Job Purpose
Operate the sales van to deliver agreed business goals, including brilliant execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Context / Scope
A key contributor to the success of the organization's sales and marketing strategic plan, driving effective field execution, volume growth, brand building, and strong retail penetration.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, achieving KPIs successfully.
- Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales numbers with minimal supervision.
- Strong Van Sales experience.
Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of business objectives and sales priorities.
- Working knowledge of commercial planning processes.
- Knowledge of field sales, channel, and distributor management.
