Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Manage daily operations across assigned real estate construction sites to guarantee projects stay on schedule.
- Contractor Coordination: Supervise sub-contractors and artisans (masons, plumbers, electricians) to ensure quality workmanship.
- Material & Cost Control: Monitor the delivery, storage, and utilization of construction materials to minimize waste and prevent inventory loss.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect structural work and finishes against standards while enforcing basic site safety (HSE) rules.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and prepare weekly written progress updates with photo indicators for management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
- Experience: 2–4 years of active experience in real estate development, building construction, or site supervision.
- Skills: Ability to read basic architectural/structural drawings and proficiency in MS Excel for material tracking.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, physical stamina for site rounds, and strong crew management capabilities.
Location: Lagos (Full-Time, Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Gross
