Job Description
We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced HR/Admin Officer to join our team in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support administrative tasks and office management duties
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
