Site Supervisor

*URGENT HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR*

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with possible deployment to project sites nationwide)

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Inspect work completed and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, incidents, and progress reports.
• Identify and escalate technical or operational challenges that may impact project delivery.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure workers understand site safety requirements.
• Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and material reconciliation.
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising construction projects.
• Proven experience in building construction, civil works, renovations, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Ability to work extended hours when required to meet project schedules.
• Willingness to travel and be deployed to project sites
  

Remuneration: NGN180,000 – 200,000
