Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

*URGENT HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR*

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with possible deployment to project sites nationwide)
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Inspect work completed and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, incidents, and progress reports.
- Identify and escalate technical or operational challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure workers understand site safety requirements.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising construction projects.
- Proven experience in building construction, civil works, renovations, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to work extended hours when required to meet project schedules.
- Willingness to travel and be deployed to project sites
Remuneration: NGN180,000 – 200,000
