🔑 YOUR ROLE

As a Unit Manager, you will:

* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales executives

* Drive team performance to consistently exceed sales targets year-on-year

* Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction

* Monitor performance metrics and implement growth strategies

* Build strong client relationships and expand business opportunities

* Lead by example as a top performer

🎯 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’re not just experienced—you’re proven

Requirements:

* HND or B.Sc. in any discipline

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or Relationship Manager

* Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding targets (YoY)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to recruit, train, and develop sales talent

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

* High level of drive, resilience, and accountability
