We are seeking to hire a Unit Manager to join our team.

- Drive sales growth through proactive client acquisition, strategic networking, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead, recruit, build, and manage a high-performing team of Financial Advisors by providing continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse client needs while ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.
- Oversee daily operations, set sales targets, and track team performance against key performance indicators.
- Strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Additionally, foster a results-driven culture, support talent development, and contribute to overall business strategy and revenue growth.
- BSc/HND and other professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000
