UI/UX Designer (Figma)

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Design and Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure design feasibility by collaborating with the development team.

UI/UX Standards and Best Practices:

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and are responsive across devices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Testing and Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder input.
• Monitor the performance of the design and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
