Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute UI/UX strategies aligned with product goals and user needs.
• User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on UI/UX solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on UI/UX goals and priorities.
• User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX enhancements and drive data-driven decision-making.
• UI/UX Guidelines: Establish and maintain UI/UX design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across products.
• Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously improve our products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on UI/UX design in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
