Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
- Interface Design: Develop high-fidelity UI designs and mockups for web and mobile platforms that are visually appealing and intuitive.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and for user testing.
- Design Systems: Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Iteration: Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve existing designs.
Requirements:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, from wireframes to finished products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and accessibility standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and the ability to accept constructive feedback.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 per month
