Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Abuja, for a passionate and skilled TV Anchor. The TV Anchor will be responsible for reporting, presenting news, conducting interviews, and creating engaging content to inform and captivate viewers. The role requires preparation of news scripts, delivering live broadcasts, and collaborating with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs. The TV Anchor will also play a key role in highlighting trends, key stories, and industry developments within housing, real estate, and related fields.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reporting and News Writing, with the ability to deliver accurate and compelling stories in a concise manner
• Strong Broadcasting and Presentation skills, with confidence in front of a camera and effective communication abilities
• Background in Broadcast Journalism, with knowledge of industry standards and ethical principles
• Exceptional public speaking and on-air delivery skills
• Ability to handle live reporting with composure and adapt to dynamic scenarios
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate, housing, or construction sector is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with production teams
