Responsibilities:
Cash & Liquidity Management:
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Forecast cash flow needs and plan for short-term and long-term funding.
Banking
& Financial Relationships:
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate favourable terms for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
Risk
& Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Debt
& Investment Management:
- Oversee debt issuance, repayment schedules, and refinancing.
- Manage investment portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
Reporting
& Analysis:
- Prepare treasury reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
