Treasurer

• Develop and implement effective treasury and liquidity management strategies.
• Monitor the Bank’s daily cash position, liquidity levels, and funding requirements.
• Manage the Bank’s investments, placements, and other treasury activities.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the Bank’s borrowing and funding arrangements.
• Monitor interest rate, liquidity, and other financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular treasury, liquidity, cash flow, and investment reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, internal policies, and applicable financial market requirements.
• Support the development of the Bank’s funding and investment strategies.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on interest rates, investments, and funding opportunities.
• Ensure effective cash management and optimal utilization of available funds.

Requirements:

• BSc /HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in treasury, financial management, banking, or related sector
• Experience in a banking or mortgage finance environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash management, investments, and financial markets.
• Good understanding of CBN regulatory requirements and banking operations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant financial/treasury management systems.

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 750,000 monthly
