Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships and delivering tailored travel solutions.
  • Drive corporate partnerships and develop B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customers' needs to tailor travel solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3years of sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel services, including business and leisure travel.
  • Results-oriented, highly persuasive, and passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
